Fielden Harper

I have always been interested in architecture. The big geometric shapes with the California sunlight washing over them are mesmerizing, and I never cease being fascinated by the way in which we have chosen to enclose space.

A born storyteller, I use my paintings as an informal documentation of Los Angeles. I have watched as it has grown from a relaxed and sprawling big town to a crowded, multicultural and vibrant place in which to live and work.
